Responsibilities

Oversee the day to day operation of the Slot Technical Department

Continuously evaluate staffing levels in accordance with business demand, forecasts, and budgetary guidelines; ensuring necessary adjustments are made as needed

Manage Human Resources responsibilities for assigned department(s) to include: creating a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect and employee satisfaction; quality hiring, training and succession planning processes that encompass the company’s diversity commitment

Responsible for the overall maintenance and performance of slot equipment while ordering and maintaining inventory parts

Remain up to date on all advances in technology, associates with vendors, servicemen, etc

Maintain records of all machines on the casino floor, including par sheets, excess fills, machine moves etc

Generate all documentation for machine movement, conversions and machine repairs pursuant to Michigan Gaming Regulations

Schedule all aspects of machine moves and/or conversions
