Responsibilities
Partner with senior technology managers to build financial plans and conduct budget, forecast, and variance analysis
Assist in interpreting performance vs. plan and financial forecasting results
Ensure processes provide transparency on expenses, focusing on key drivers
Support large-scale productivity agendas and identify cost-saving opportunities
Provide insight and transparency around technology expenses, delivery schedules, and resource agendas
Deliver management and client reporting, focusing on business unit performance against objectives
Proactively highlight issues and risks, derive solutions, and drive remedies to completion
Build strong relationships with Controlling, P&A, and Strategy teams
Manage headcount and financial processes, including monthly forecasting and annual planning
Oversee the monthly financial reporting process, including executive management reporting
Apply knowledge of FinOps and AWS costing methodologies to financial management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related area
3 years of experience in Technology Business Management and Financial Management
Prior experience in Business Management or COO role
Proven experience delivering timely, high-quality presentations and reporting
Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)
Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work independently
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Attention to detail with a continuous focus on design excellence
Preferred
Experience with FinOps and AWS costing methodologies
