Qualification
Required
Proven track record as an automotive technician (Ford experience = bonus points)
Valid driver's license + clean driving record
Sharp diagnostic and repair skills
Positive, team-first mindset
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
Preferred
ASE or manufacturer certifications? Awesome — but not mandatory
