Responsibilities
Manage offshore and onshore team
Represent QA in all phases Test Management, Test planning, Project Estimation, Project Tracking, Team Management, Automation testing, Integration Testing, End to End Testing, Smoke and Regression testing
Manage functional and performance testing of CC&B and Salesforce applications and system integrations
Manage QA team conducting UAT, SIT, PT, and Regression Testing and ensure successful delivery of projects
Develop, execute, and document test cases for CC&B module ensuring thorough validation and defect tracking
Drive automation of validation and testing processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts
Create and maintain detailed documentation of testing outcomes, workflows, and issue resolutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to align CC&B solutions with business requirements and objectives
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
Experience in the utilities industry
Technical experience in analyzing CC&B processes end to end
Experience in performing functional and performance testing
Experience in collaborating with teams to optimize workflows and system performance
Experience with CC&B, Salesforce, AWS, Jira, SQL
Experience in Test Management, Test planning, Project Estimation, Project Tracking, Team Management, Automation testing, Integration Testing, End to End Testing, Smoke and Regression testing
Experience in managing functional and performance testing of CC&B and Salesforce applications and system integrations
Experience in managing QA team conducting UAT, SIT, PT, and Regression Testing
Ability to develop, execute, and document test cases for CC&B module
Ability to drive automation of validation and testing processes
Ability to create and maintain detailed documentation of testing outcomes, workflows, and issue resolutions
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to align CC&B solutions with business requirements and objectives
