Responsibilities
Act as a technical leader for customer orders and responsible countries
Generate BOM in ERP for customer orders, working closely with team members
Understand and interpret circuit diagrams and schematics
Review and understand mechanical designs and drawings in 3D design tools like Creo
Collaborate with design and secondary engineers to review 2D and 3D drawings
Review customer specifications at the order design stage
Support production teams with technical queries
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
6-8 years of experience with high voltage switchgear (66kV and above)
Knowledge of relevant international standards (e.g., IEEE, ANSI, IEC)
Understanding of manufacturing drawings and electrical schematics
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Proficiency in ERP software is an added advantage
