Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls / inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
Identify and asses customer needs by researching tax-related information using internal systems and official tax agency websites
Accurately document research findings and provide clear resolutions to customer inquiries
Maintain and update account information with precision and attention to detail
Consistently achieve performance targets and service level metrics
Qualification
Required
High school diploma, GED or equivalent
Data entry experience
1+ year of experience in customer support role
1+ year of tax / banking / mortgage / real estate industry servicing experience
Strong proficiency in written and oral communication
