Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Nintex workflows and forms within SharePoint (Online or On-Prem)
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
Implement automated business processes to streamline operations
Customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and content types
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows, forms, and SharePoint functionality
Ensure compliance with governance and security standards
Provide documentation and training to end-users and administrators
Qualification
Required
SharePoint Framework (SPFx) – For building modern, responsive web parts and extensions
SharePoint Designer – Used for designing workflows and customizing SharePoint sites
C# and ASP.NET – Essential for server-side development, custom web parts, and event receivers
JavaScript, TypeScript, React – For client-side scripting and building dynamic user interfaces
REST API & CSOM/JSOM – For integrating SharePoint with external systems and performing CRUD operations
PowerShell – For automating administrative tasks and managing SharePoint environments
SQL Server – For backend data management and integration
Nintex Workflow & Nintex Forms – Designing and deploying automated workflows and custom forms
Nintex for Office 365 / SharePoint Online – Experience with cloud-based Nintex solutions
Troubleshooting Nintex Workflows – Debugging and optimizing performance
Integration with Power Platform – Especially Power Automate for hybrid automation scenarios
