Responsibilities
Build templates, starter kits, and plug-and-play components for tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, and Python Notebooks
Reduce ramp-up time and promote consistency across analytics platforms
Design semantic layers and prebuilt models (Power BI, Tableau, DataSphere) to ensure business teams can access clean, business-ready data
Support semantic model creation across platforms for standardized reporting and insights
Develop onboarding guides, tutorials, and platform walkthroughs tailored to diverse personas (e.g., business analysts, automation builders, ML developers)
Build enablement material to enhance self-service analytics adoption
Partner with product owners to support platform adoption through training sessions, enablement campaigns, and artifact libraries
Drive awareness of new capabilities and best practices
Document and maintain best practices by building a repository of reusable components, examples, and reference architectures
Standardize development approaches across teams to ensure scalability and compliance
Work closely with developers, analysts, engineers, and business users to identify pain points and design enablement solutions
Ensure tools are user-friendly, impactful, and aligned with business needs
Qualification
Required
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, and Python Notebooks
Ability to design semantic layers and prebuilt models for analytics platforms
Experience in developing onboarding guides, tutorials, and platform walkthroughs
Ability to partner with product owners for platform adoption and training
Experience in documenting and maintaining best practices for analytics tools
Ability to collaborate with developers, analysts, engineers, and business users
