Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives for the region of brands and products
Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and address potential challenges
Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth and market share within the region by establishing ambitious sales targets and ensuring their achievement through effective sales planning and execution
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, dealerships, and industry partners to foster business growth and customer loyalty
New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and expansion into untapped markets
Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and other relevant metrics to provide insights to senior management
Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of customer needs and market insights
Budget Management: Manage the sales budget for the region, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI
Training and Development: Organize and perform training programs and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the customer sales team, keeping them updated on industry trends and product advancements
Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products, services, and the overall customer experience

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven track record of at least 8-10 years in sales leadership, preferably within the automotive or tire industry
Strong understanding of tire manufacturing processes, products, and market dynamics
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse sales team
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and sales forecasting
Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
Willingness to travel frequently (50%) within the designated region and occasionally internationally
