Responsibilities
Designing and implementing end-to-end supply chain transformations: Crafting strategies that optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and drive business value
Using data to inform decisions: Applying sophisticated analytics to uncover insights, predict trends, and optimize supply chain performance
Driving multi-functional alignment: Collaborating with diverse teams to ensure flawless execution and achieve strategic objectives
Shaping the future of technology: Contributing to the evolution of Cisco's supply chain, ensuring we remain at the groundbreaking of innovation
Work with senior leadership to develop and refine the strategic roadmap for our optics manufacturing business unit
Identify, map and analyze the key business capabilities required to implement the strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals
Design, document, and optimize business processes related to optical module builds, from design through to final product delivery
Implement industry standards to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve time-to-market for silicon products
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure that technology infrastructure and applications support business process and strategic goals
Ensure effective data management practices, including data integrity, quality, and accessibility, to support decision-making processes
Work closely with R&D, Manufacturing Engineering, Marketing, and Business Operations teams to ensure alignment and integration of business processes
Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to optimize supply chain processes and ensure seamless integration with operations
Develop and supervise key performance indicators to measure the efficiency of the business process and initiatives
Find opportunities for continuous improvement and lead initiatives to drive operational excellence
Deploy and support B2B messaging solutions to automate Oracle manufacturing and inventory transactions
Qualification
Required
+10 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience is required
5+ years of experience in business architecture, business transformation or related field
Solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and industry-specific technologies
Documented experience in leading systems implementations and/or integrations
Experience using and supporting multiple ERP modules: manufacturing, inventory, fulfillment, BOMs, Routes, work orders, procurement, master data
Experience in enabling and supporting B2B manufacturing, procurement, and inventory transactions with partners, OSATs, and 3PLs
Expert proficiency in communication and facilitation at a working and executive level
Willingness to travel as needed to support business objectives and collaboration with partners and suppliers
Preferred
Experience with Project Management, Waterfall, & Agile Methodologies
Optical module manufacturing experience
