Responsibilities

Onsite Production Support - Should support the PLM business from customer location
Work on tickets created by end users in ITIL tools
Guide business if there is any issues in their day today EPM business operations

Qualification

Agile PLMOracle PLM functionalityPLM module integrationBOM setupData models

Required

Candidate should have excellent techno functional knowledge in Agile PLM – EBS or cloud
Experience working in analyzing business requirements and mapping them to oracle PLM functionality
Experience in PLM module integration
Mange item and BOM setup change order process
Co-ordinate with technical team for customization, integrations and reports
Knowledge of proeuct hub, product development and management changes
Understanding data models, FBDI/HDL and item lifecycle process
