Responsibilities

Build and Execute Strategy: Take ownership of Conduit’s health plan strategy — from identifying new opportunities to driving execution across multiple states and product lines
Drive Relationships: Become the go-to point of contact for major Medicaid and Medicare plans, representing Conduit with professionalism, curiosity, and confidence
Analyze and Prioritize Markets: Use data to uncover where we should focus next — combining volume potential, payor mix, and regulatory insight into actionable expansion plans
Close Deals That Matter: Support and lead negotiations that expand our network footprint, improve reimbursement structures, and strengthen our positioning with plans
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Operations, Finance, and Clinical leaders to ensure every new contract is set up for real-world success
Scale the Function: Build tools, frameworks, and repeatable processes that make payor development faster, smarter, and more transparent
Shape the Future: Work with leadership to define the national roadmap for Conduit’s payor relationships and long-term contracting model

Required

3–6 years in healthcare strategy, consulting, or network development
Ability to analyze and prioritize markets using data
Experience in building and executing strategy
Strong relationship-building skills with major Medicaid and Medicare plans
Ability to support and lead negotiations
Collaboration skills across Operations, Finance, and Clinical teams
Ability to build tools, frameworks, and repeatable processes
Strong communication skills with health plan executives and internal teams
Ability to turn ambiguity into frameworks and action
Mission-driven mindset focused on improving healthcare access

Preferred

Experience working with managed Medicaid or Medicare Advantage plans
Prior experience at a healthcare startup, payor, or Payvider
