Lead and oversee all aspects of manufacturing, supply chain, and maintenance operations to ensure optimal efficiency and performance
Develop and implement strategic plans that achieve key objectives in safety, quality, delivery, and cost
Champion Lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence across all departments
Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
Direct production planning, inventory control, and supplier performance to support business goals and customer satisfaction
Manage budgets, capital investments, and key operational metrics to deliver strong financial performance
Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing leadership team focused on accountability, engagement, and results
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations, including at least 5 years in a plant or operations management role
Demonstrated success leading process improvement and Lean transformation initiatives
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with proven experience managing P&L responsibilities
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and influence at all levels
