Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated and hard-working Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. As a trainee, you will enroll in a 12-month sales training program that includes both field and classroom training, focusing on dealership operations and sales techniques. After completing the program, you will become a Sales Professional responsible for achieving quotas in an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Enroll in a 12 month sales training program

Complete courses covering dealership operations, sales techniques, and negotiation skills

Work with assigned Sales Mentor in the field, observing the sales process and assisting on their calls

Travel with customer service and installation teams to enhance knowledge of products

Relocate to an assigned territory after training and become a Sales Professional

Achieve designated monthly and annual quotas by selling Reynolds products and services

Ability to travel (overnight) 80-100% during training

Willing to relocate after successful completion of the training program

Must have a valid driver's license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
