The Florida CEI Regional Manager will lead the firm's CEI operations, focusing on business development, team building, and project delivery while shaping the company's strategic direction.

Responsibilities
Lead the charge in growing the firm’s CEI operations across the region
Driving business development
Building out the local team
Ensuring the seamless delivery of high-impact construction engineering and inspection projects
Providing strategic oversight
Mentoring top-tier engineering talent
Championing operational excellence
Shaping the broader direction of the company as a core member of its senior leadership
Qualification
Required
Must hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license
Senior project engineer approval by FDOT
Proven leadership experience in the CEI space
Familiarity with FDOT districts 2, 5 & 3
Strong business development skills, with a track record of driving office growth and securing new clients
Excellent communication and management skills
