Responsibilities
Requirements and use case testing of software applications products
Execution of both manual and validation test plan (VTP) tests
Development and writing of test plan procedures
Generation of defect analysis reports
Verification of defect reports
Support hardware and software fault isolation
Communicates with contacts within and outside of own team which may include customers or vendors. Explains and interprets operational processes, practices and procedures of the job area to others within the organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience
In lieu of a degree, there is a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience
Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance
Strong written and verbal communications
Self-starter and demonstrate leadership capabilities
Communicates with contacts within and outside of own team which may include customers or vendors
Explains and interprets operational processes, practices and procedures of the job area to others within the organization

Software Test Background
JIRA experience
Experience in Agile scrum methodologies
Windows OS experience
Networking experience
Experience with RF hardware and radio communications equipment
Background in Military communications (operation and/or installation)
