Lead full-cycle estimating for large-scale public sector projects
Analyze specs and drawings, prepare detailed take-offs, and develop competitive pricing strategies
Manage subcontractor outreach, RFPs, and proposal submissions
Provide value engineering options and collaborate closely with project leadership
Interface with clients, agencies, and design teams to align project scope and budget
Qualification
Required
10+ years of estimating experience in heavy civil/public works
Proven track record on infrastructure projects over $100M
Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Proficient in HCSS Heavy Bid, Excel, and project scheduling tools (P6 a plus)
Strong communication, decision-making, and leadership skills
