Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain complex financial models to analyze prospective real estate acquisition opportunities under various investment structures and sensitivities

Perform sensitivity and scenario analyses to assess the impact of different market conditions, financing terms, and property improvements on investment returns

Gather and evaluate economic, demographic, industry specific, and macro fundamental data to aid senior management in effective business decisions

Collaborate with other members of the investment team to analytically support various investment optimization and portfolio management initiatives

Conduct general portfolio management analysis and provide work product on an established, recurring frequency to internal and external stake holders

Leverage presentation software, data visualization techniques, and communication skills to generate internal and external reports to drive investment analysis

Assist in conducting transaction due diligence by compiling, reviewing, and summarizing various property level reports, documents, contracts, and financials; additionally support teams through the organization of documentation for consumption across various acquisition streams

Establish workflow with asset management and property operations upon asset transition
