They are seeking a Maintenance Technician in Boston who will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and functionality of street furniture, including power washing, snow removal, and installation of advertisements.

Responsibilities

Responsible for all power washing (weather permitting) and hand cleaning, removal of graffiti, dirt, stickers, and debris for street furniture throughout the city of Boston

Responsible for posting advertisements in JCDecaux’s terms and conditions

Snow and ice removal in accordance with the winter snow procedure. This may require the use of snowplows, snow blowers, and/or spreading snow melting chemicals

Utilize all applicable technology relevant to the job (smartphone/proprietary software)

Navigate, maintain, and drive company vehicles

Using ladders to work with heights of 10’

Handle, install, and position all moving materials

Maintain cleanliness of shelters using soapy water, squeegees, etc

Make adjustments to advertisements inside of Ad Boxes

Inspection of equipment and/or structures to assure there are no problems or errors
