Responsibilities
Apply Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) fundamentals and collaborate with teams to help them understand and apply RCCA tools and principles and analyze/understand failure to resolve issues
Define and execute data collection activities for high complexity technical issues
Drive process design, optimization, and qualification activities of a manufacturing process for a component, part, or product
Lead and define the security hardening process and provide instructions to CMs (North America/EMEA)
Upgrade OS and provide support for periodic hardening updates, network security, remote access
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in software development, network, hardware debug or Test Engineering
Experience working with security policy/process, servers, or network hardware
Experience with Python software development, coding, BIOS and OS
Preferred
Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience
Experience overseeing yield improvements and cycle time reductions for high volume and high complexity parts
Experience with system admin of test stations of various OS types
Experience with Python test scripts based on test specifications
