Founding Technical Customer Success Manager
Pivotal Partners is exclusively partnered to scale a Series A AI DevOps platform. As the Founding Technical Account Manager, you'll spearhead the customer success function, managing relationships with major enterprise accounts and driving customer adoption and retention.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers and run structured communication rhythms
Build deep relationships with senior technical and business stakeholders
Drive adoption across multiple teams and uncover growth opportunities
Create scalable processes for onboarding, health tracking, and renewals
Translate customer feedback into clear product insights and collaborate cross-functionally on solutions
Qualification
Required
Experience in technical, customer-facing roles with enterprise clients
Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify technical concepts
Web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and comfort with Git
Understanding of API documentation, developer workflows, and customer data
Experience with developer tools, API platforms, or AI/ML-powered workflows
