Responsibilities
You will play a key role in designing and delivering large-scale operational transformations, including:
Supply Chain Strategy & Transformation (E2E redesign, planning, network, inventory)
Manufacturing Excellence & Productivity Improvement (lean, throughput, asset optimisation)
Procurement & Cost Transformation (strategic sourcing, category strategies, cost takeout)
Operating Model Redesign (process, KPIs, governance, performance uplift)
Multi-workstream Execution across operations-heavy programs
Projects across industrials, energy, chemicals, and broader asset-heavy sectors
Qualification
Required
Experience from a top-tier or strong strategy/operations consulting firm
Consulting experience is mandatory. Pure industry profiles will not be considered
Strong operations expertise, ideally across supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, or cost/productivity
Experience leading multi-workstream transformation programs
Confident in managing clients, teams, and senior stakeholders
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Must be based in the United States
U.S. citizen or Green Card holder (no visa sponsorship)
