Responsibilities

Oversee the creation of RFPs, DDQs, investor reporting packages, and promotional materials for existing and potential investors

Create and update investor presentations, quarterly reports, and fund performance summaries

Guarantee quick delivery of communications to investors, including notices for capital calls and distributions

Support investor prospecting and relationship management for existing and new limited partners (LPs)

Coordinate due diligence processes during fundraising cycles and secondary transactions

Organize and execute investor meetings, annual general meetings (AGMs), and roadshows

Monitor private equity market trends, competitor fundraising activity, and macroeconomic developments to inform investor messaging

Analyze portfolio performance and valuation metrics to provide insights for investor discussions

Collaborate with finance and compliance teams to ensure all investor materials meet regulatory and contractual requirements

Maintain and update CRM systems and investor databases for accurate tracking of investor interactions

Track LP sentiment and prepare reports for senior leadership

Contribute to strategic initiatives to enhance investor engagement and improve fundraising outcomes
