Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join their growing Survey group in Jacksonville, FL. In this role, you will lead a variety of land surveying projects, overseeing all phases from proposal through project completion.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day Land Surveying Operation including:

Client Communication (internal and external)

Project Proposal Preparation & Invoicing

Overseeing 2 or more Survey Crews

New Business Development combines existing clients with Colliers Engineering & Design's diverse Survey/Geospatial disciplines, including 3D

High Definition Laser Scanning, Mobile Lidar Mapping, Rail Surveying, GPS and Conventional Surveys

Qualification

FL State Professional Land Surveyor LicenseNew business developmentClient communicationEnglish proficiency

Required

10+ years of experience in all areas of the job description

Must be able to generate revenue through existing client base and new business development

Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions

Preferred

FL State Professional Land Surveyor License
