Behavior Technician (Part-Time Afternoons)
Healing Haven is a state-of-the-art behavioral clinic supporting children with autism and their families. The Behavior Technician role involves providing 1:1 therapy to help children improve communication, social, and play skills while working collaboratively with other professionals.

Responsibilities
Work one-on-one with children and teens with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Teach language, social, motor, play, and daily living skills (ADLs)
Maintain a fun, interactive, and organized environment
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and families
Document behaviors and collect data
Collaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapy departments
Obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification and Quality Behavioral Solutions (QBS) Safety-Care Training
Qualification
Required
Professional references
Reliable transportation
Clean criminal history
Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients
Ability to walk, run, lift, squat, bend, push/pull 30 pounds as needed for therapy services
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals and staff
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
