Responsibilities
Serve as Engineer of Record on major structural projects, overseeing design, documentation, and quality from start to finish
Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful, on-time completion
Lead and mentor a talented team of engineers, fostering technical growth and collaboration
Partner with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver creative, code-compliant solutions
Take an active role in business development—crafting proposals, building new client relationships, and strengthening existing partnerships
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (Structural emphasis)
8+ years of structural design and project management experience
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and teams
Proficiency in Revit, RAM Structural System, RISA, or similar structural analysis tools
Deep understanding of AISC, ACI, and IBC codes
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
Preferred
Structural Engineer (SE) license preferred
