Responsibilities

Process certification paperwork, bills of lading, packing slips, and labeling boxes
Schedule and coordinate shipments, primarily for GE and Pratt & Whitney
Interface with customer portals and ensure accurate shipment scheduling
Work with DQRs on paperwork for parts requiring DQR approval
Collaborate with material handlers and supervision on shipment issues
Prepare subcontract paperwork
Generate certification paperwork and coordinate approval with metallurgical engineers
Manage testing receipts and line up testing requirements
Perform order coding and job release
Support metallurgical lab supervision with online updates and certification issues
Enter time and attendance on the weekend shift to minimize pay issues
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred

Courses in business education beyond high school to include typing, keyboarding, computer hardware and software (Word, Excel, databases, etc.) skills
Minimum of 2 years of clerical experience encompassing the above duties
