Responsibilities
Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for corporations and partnerships
Conduct research on complex tax issues and provide recommendations to clients
Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liability for clients
Communicate with clients regarding tax matters
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required
Must have CPA or EA Certification
Knowledge of Partnership or Corporate tax required (1120S, 1120C and 1065)
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Excel
