Responsibilities
Lead structural design and project delivery for multi-million-dollar commercial, educational, and healthcare projects
Oversee engineering teams, mentor junior staff, and keep everyone marching in the right direction
Coordinate seamlessly with architects, owners, and contractors like the calm, steady legend you are
Review and seal calculations, drawings, and technical specs
Balance schedules, budgets, scopes — basically keep the whole show running clean and professional
Qualification
Required
8+ years in structural engineering with heavy project management experience
PE required
Strong portfolio in commercial, K-12/higher-ed, and/or healthcare projects
Mastery of analysis/design software (RISA, RAM, ETABS, REVIT, etc.)
Someone who can spot issues before they're issues — the kind of person contractors actually respect
