Owning projects from kickoff to punch list like the organized chaos wizard you are
Spotting issues before anyone else even knows they exist because your brain runs on 277/480V
Qualification
Required
3–15+ years in electrical MEP design
AutoCAD/Revit skills sharp enough to make BIM coordinators weep with joy
Familiarity with NEC, NFPA, energy codes, and whatever Florida throws at you seasonally (storms… mostly storms)
Strong communication game—because “uhh idk ask the GC” isn't your style
