This is a strategic growth hire to support an expanding team that handles sophisticated estate and fiduciary matters
The ideal candidate is a litigator who understands the nuances of Orphans’ Court practice and is eager to contribute to a collaborative and growing platform
Qualification
Required
Litigation experience, preferably with Orphans' Court matters (will contests, guardianships, fiduciary disputes)
A book of portable business in estate litigation
Excellent writing and courtroom skills
