Sparrow is a growing AI startup that creates AI-driven apps to teach athletes and people physical skills. They are seeking a Business Operations Intern to assist in various operational tasks, data work, and collaborate on high-impact projects.

Responsibilities

Operations for an early-stage startup – getting exposure to all parts of the business. This can include HR functions, finances, logistics, and paying bills
Data work and financial modeling
Help design and improve business processes that drive real results
Collaborate with Sparrow’s founders and team on high-impact projects
Be a jack-of-all trades, wearing many hats

Required

is a natural organizer/coordinator
has an affinity with spreadsheets / numbers / math
is great at multi-tasking and time management
has strong communication skills
is quick to learn how to use new programs
has interest in breaking into the growing AI / GenAI space
Someone excited about startups, technology, and learning by doing
Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal, especially when engaging with angel investors
Fast learner, comfortable navigating new tools and concepts
Creative thinker who enjoys solving complex challenges
Team-oriented mindset with a passion for collaboration and shared success
