Support the Design team with a strong focus on product development
Collaborate cross-functionally to execute design vision and technical details
Design and develop seasonal product aligned with leadership’s creative direction
Create and communicate clear technical packages to the Technical Design team
Build and maintain Bills of Materials, updating as needed throughout the development cycle
Produce flat sketches quickly and accurately
Consistently meet design deadlines and complete organized data entry
Communicate effectively and resolve product development challenges
Accept direction and constructive feedback with professionalism
Qualification
Required
Degree in Apparel/Fashion Design or equivalent professional experience
2–4 years of experience in product design and development
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator
Strong work ethic and high level of integrity
Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
Highly detail-oriented and organized
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
