Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering
Five (5) or more years of experience in civil design and project work, preferably at a professional consulting firm
Licensed professional engineer or able to attain one in six (6) months
Preferred
Speak and write well
Have strong analytical and organizational skills
