Responsibilities
Build and nurture relationships with organizations, partners, and potential ambassadors — from sports entities to celebrity representatives
Confidently lead outreach efforts via calls, meetings, and emails to introduce the Sparrow platform and secure strategic partnerships
Strategize creative ways to grow our partnerships and endorsements pipeline, collaborating closely with leadership
Contribute to strategic projects by performing research, assisting with financial modeling, and identifying key growth opportunities
Represent Sparrow with enthusiasm and professionalism — whether speaking to athletes, agents, or executives
Qualification
Required
Outgoing, charismatic communicator who thrives on connecting with people
Thrives on turning 'hello' into opportunity
Recent graduates or motivated self-starters eager to break into sports, technology, and business development
Confident communicator with a natural, engaging presence and excellent phone manners
Comfortable cold calling, networking, and approaching new contacts with ease
Genuine interest in business, A.I., and sports
Excitement to learn, grow, and take on outreach to strategic planning
Self-starter who enjoys both the glamorous and the gritty sides of startup life
