Partner Events Specialist
Channel Impact is a channel specialty firm that helps companies achieve route-to-market success through partnering. They are seeking an experienced Partner Events Specialist to support their Channel Marketing team by planning, executing, and promoting partner-focused events that drive engagement and pipeline growth.

Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end event management and logistical support for partner and channel-focused events, including, but not limited to: Technology Channel Industry and regional events, Partner Sales Kickoffs (SKOs), Partner Lunch & Learns, Trade shows, in the United States and Europe
Support event marketing efforts, working with marketing operations and social media teams to build and execute on email campaigns, nurture flows, social media and promotions to drive pre-and post-event engagement and ROI
Coordinate with the partner marketing team on messaging, branding, and materials
Assist with audience engagement strategies before, during, and after events
Manage event logistics such as venue selection, catering, AV, shipping, contract negotiation, collateral & giveaways, signage and vendor coordination
Manage event calendars, timelines, deliverables and “know before you go” staff prep meetings as needed,to ensure flawless execution
Inventory managementtracking, ordering, storage, and fulfillment of signage, collateral and swag
Assist with vendor contracts, purchase orders management, and budget tracking
Manage post-event follow-up, reporting, and attendee feedback
Track KPIs and support event performance analysis
Qualification
Required
5 - 7 years of event management experience, with a portion focused on channel or partner marketing in the tech industry
Strong background in event logistics, promotion, and execution
Hands-on experience with email marketing campaigns and nurture programs to drive event attendance
Experience managing vendor contracts, POs, and event budgets
Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously with strong attention to detail
Highly organized, proactive, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong collaboration skills with experience partnering across Channel, Sales, and Marketing Operations teams
Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
Proficient in Asana, Salesforce, Marketo, Jira
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
