Mid LevelBirdieBox is seeking a driven Independent Sales Representative to grow new business and expand our presence in the promotional products space. This role involves identifying qualified opportunities, closing profitable business, and building long-term client relationships aligned with our premium gifting and kitting solutions.

Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new business through outbound outreach, referrals, events, distributor relationships, and digital channels
Present BirdieBox products and solutions with confidence, clarity, and professionalism
Understand client goals and recommend tailored promotional, gifting, and kitting solutions
Own the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through close and ongoing account growth
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Negotiate pricing and terms in alignment with BirdieBox margin and brand guidelines
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking within the BirdieBox CRM (Salesforce)
Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and high-quality client experiences
Build long-term relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
Provide market feedback and insights on customer needs, trends, and competitive activity
Represent the BirdieBox brand with integrity, accountability, and a solutions-first mindset
Qualification
Required
Proven success in sales, business development, or promotional products, ideally in a commission-based or independent role
Strong communication, consultative selling, and negotiation skills
Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage time, pipeline, and follow-up independently
Comfortable owning outcomes and working in a performance-driven environment
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Must operate as a 1099 independent contractor
