Barrett & Stokely is a real estate investment and management firm engaged in multifamily real estate development and management. They are seeking a Grounds Technician to maintain the grounds of assigned properties, perform daily cleaning duties, and ensure the exterior and common areas are well-kept.

Responsibilities

Maintains the grounds of the assigned property. Cleans the exterior, hallways and breezeways of the interior common halls, and surroundings of each building

Performs daily grounds routines. Responsible for daily removal / clearing of snow, trash and debris

Perform general cleaning and sanitation duties. Paint touch-up as necessary

Collect all debris around buildings and within breezeways, around amenities, leasing office, parking lots and other common areas

Qualification

Required

Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship

Ability to pass a criminal background check is required

Preferred

Valid driver's license preferred

Must have reliable transportation
