Senior UX Researcher, Advertiser Safety

Responsibilities
Lead a strategic research roadmap that identifies opportunities to transform safety and security hurdles into intuitive, prevention-first product experiences
Identify and advocate for user-centric solutions that streamline the advertiser journey, replacing disjointed policy and compliance workflows with real-time, actionable guidance
Conduct foundational and tactical research to understand the policy experience, risk profiles, and business needs of advertisers to inform the long-term strategy
Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Product, Design, Engineering and Policy to balance security controls with a seamless, high-value experience for legitimate advertisers
Combine complex data and user signals into insights that help the team stay ahead of global regulatory requirements while maintaining a customer-centric perspective
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
6 years of experience of experience in an applied research setting (e.g., product or academic), or similar
Experience with research methods (e.g., usability, studies, contextual inquires, 1:1 interviews, unmoderated research studies)
Preferred
Master's degree or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field
5 years of experience conducting UX research on products and working with executive leadership (e.g., Director level and above)
3 years of experience managing projects, and working in a matrixed organization
