Responsibilities
Lead & implement Microsoft 365 and Azure infrastructure projects
Architect & execute cloud migrations from on-premises to M365/Azure environments
Serve as subject matter expert on Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune & Azure technologies for both clients and internal teams
Build trusted advisor relationships with clients through deep understanding of their business operations
Configure & deploy security solutions including Conditional Access, MFA & governance frameworks
Develop automation workflows to improve deployment efficiency & consistency
Provide Tier 3/4 technical support & mentorship to engineering teams
Collaborate with Project Managers & Account Managers to ensure successful project delivery
Work with cutting-edge cloud technologies in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
Qualification
Required
5-7 years of hands-on IT infrastructure or systems engineering experience
5-7 years of Microsoft 365 administration & implementation experience
2-3 years of Microsoft Azure infrastructure experience
Strong customer service & problem-solving skills while working with clients
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional organization
Creative problem solver with ability to figure things out on the fly
Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune
Experience with Exchange Online administration, migration & hybrid configurations
Experience with SharePoint Online site design, governance & migration
Experience with Microsoft Teams deployment & governance
Experience with OneDrive for Business implementation & migration
Experience with Conditional Access policies, MFA & identity security
Experience with cloud migration projects (Exchange, file shares, infrastructure)
Experience with migration tools (BitTitan, AvePoint, Microsoft native tools)
Experience with on-premise to Entra hybrid & Entra native deployments
Experience with PowerShell scripting & automation
Experience with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls)
Experience with Microsoft Azure (VMs, Storage, Networking, VNets)
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
Preferred
Previous MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience strongly preferred
Microsoft certifications preferred (AZ-104, MS-102, or similar)
