Responsibilities

Serve as the escalation point for complex hardware, software, and network issues
Work closely with third‑party vendors to resolve advanced technical problems
Support and maintain Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Windows OS, VPN, RDP, and Microsoft Teams environments
Research, recommend, and implement technical improvements to enhance IT service delivery
Create and maintain technical documentation, processes, and troubleshooting guides

Required

10+ years of IT experience with strong focus on Microsoft enterprise environments
Deep knowledge of O365, AD, Exchange, Windows OS, Teams, VPN, RDP
Skilled with Windows Server, Group Policy, scripting, and PowerShell automation
Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
Experience with AD DS upgrades/migrations (3+ years)
Experience with O365 mailbox migrations (2+ years)
Experience with Azure AD / ADFS / SAML authentication (1+ year)
