Responsibilities

Design and refine AI and machine learning models, including neural networks
Implement and optimize NLP techniques for language understanding and workflow automation
Analyze large datasets to uncover patterns and generate actionable insights
Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams to integrate AI capabilities into the platform
Contribute to full-cycle software development and help drive architectural decisions
Ensure AI systems are scalable, efficient, and aligned with customer needs and business goals

Required

Strong proficiency in pattern recognition and extracting insights from large datasets

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related technical field
Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail

Preferred

Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks is a plus
