Responsibilities
Collaborate with the design team to create visual content for marketing materials, social media, and websites
Assist with the production of digital assets such as banners, ads, and social media graphics
Support the development of branded materials including logos, brochures, and presentations
Work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines
Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and concepts
Collaborate and support marketing, business development, and other teams as required
Serves on Committees and Teams as requested by management
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or other layout tools
Strong attention to detail and creativity
Excellent time management skills
Ability to take constructive feedback and implement changes
A strong portfolio showcasing design projects and concepts
Excellent writing, communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills required
Valid North Carolina driver's license
Preferred
Knowledge of WordPress and basic video editing through Premier Pro is a plus
