Responsibilities
Engage directly with patients and customers both in-person and via phone, delivering exceptional service in English and Spanish while ensuring all interactions are handled with courtesy, clarity, and professionalism
Address patient and customer inquiries, helping resolve issues—including complex or time-sensitive situations—with empathy, urgency, and accuracy

Qualification
Required
Bilingual – English/Spanish
Passionate about patient experience and healthcare operations
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to engage directly with patients and customers in-person and via phone

Ability to foster a positive and supportive workplace culture
