Responsibilities

Assist in mapping and transitioning Q2C processes for acquired or divested entities
Support data analysis and reconciliation across billing and receivables systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Legal, IT) to ensure seamless integration
Help document and standardize Q2C workflows and controls
Participate in project meetings and contribute to integration status updates
Conduct benchmarking and performance tracking of Q2C KPIs
Assist in preparing presentations and reports for leadership

Qualification

Microsoft ExcelERP systemsQ2C processesProject management toolsFinancial data analysis

Required

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
Basic understanding of Q2C processes: quoting, contracting, billing, collections
