Required

At least 4-5 years of experience on an electricity trading desk
Strong entrepreneurial approach
Management of desk financial power portfolio
Pricing support for origination and marketing
Power trading experience in PJM or MISO
Strong knowledge of market fundamentals; fluent in Hubs and Zones
Familiar with term and spot portfolio management
Comfortable transacting on ICE and with brokers
Able to provide fixed price hedges to other portfolios
