Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end program management for Talent integration initiatives, from planning through execution and delivery
Develop and implement change management strategies to support adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working
Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to align timelines, resources, and expectations
Proactively identify and manage risks, blockers, and dependencies impacting integration success
Create and execute clear communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged
Track milestones, report on progress, and provide regular updates to program leadership
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in change management, with a proven track record of driving organizational change in complex environments
Demonstrated experience in program or project management, ideally within HR, Talent, or People Operations
Experience identifying risks and dependencies and implementing effective mitigation strategies
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail in documenting and testing business processes
