Responsibilities

Assist in real estate research to enable firm’s thought leadership across public and private, equity and debt real estate platforms

Develop and maintain real estate research and sustainability databases to enable modeling and forecasting for the firm’s investment strategy across all investment platforms

Assist in the integration of environmental, social and governance criteria in investment processes, including supporting relevant investment due diligence and ongoing asset management activities and initiatives, including the development and maintenance of tools to support integration activities and initiatives

Assist in reporting for ESG strategies across reporting platforms (UN PRI, GRESB), CenterSquare’s annual sustainability report (including TCFD reporting), and quarterly/ad hoc client reporting

Assist in responses for RFPs, DDQs and other client requests related to investment strategy and sustainability
