Responsibilities
Prepare new loan documents and or/modifications utilizing loan processing programs Laser Pro, Decision Pro, ACCU, etc
Perform final review of documentation to ensure loans are processed accurately and in accordance with all credit policies and regulations
Assist the lending department and operations team to ensure tasks are completed and customers are provided with legendary service
Processing letters, completing loan maintenance, perfecting liens, document checkback, etc
Answer incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to appropriate departments, and provide prompt, courteous assistance to customers and team members
Assist with general inquiries, account information, and support of consumer loan customers
Perform other duties as assigned by management to support departmental and organizational goals
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Proficiency in computer systems
Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
Preferred
Prior experience in banking, lending, or financial services is highly desirable
