Responsibilities
Support transaction execution across equity and credit strategies, including financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring
Conduct market research and sector analysis to support sourcing and thesis development
Partner with management teams and portfolio leaders on strategic growth initiatives
Prepare investment committee materials and portfolio monitoring reports
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of pre-MBA experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity (sector focus in TMT, digital infrastructure, or software is strongly preferred)
Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field
Clear communicator with excellent presentation skills
Ability to thrive in a lean, collaborative team environment with entrepreneurial drive
